The reggaeton-pop fused track was recorded in Jamaica according to Damon Albarn, the virtual band’s co-creator, in an interview with WARP. Just a couple of days before the song’s official release, a portion of it would leak online before being teased by Gorillaz themselves in the album’s minimix on their YouTube channel.
