Featuring members of Kids Will Be Skeletons, Our Bleak Vision, and State of Serenity, the band was originally formed as a non-serious side-project band between friends under the name PSIHateYou, but later became a fully-fledged project and the group subsequently changed their name to Ghost Of Cato.
