“Lazarus” is a cover of the late David Bowie’s 2015 track taken from his final album. It marks the second cover on "Everything’s Strange Here" following “Everybody’s Gotta Learn Sometime,” originally performed by The Korgis in 1980. Lazarus was a friend of Jesus, whom He rose from the dead after four days. He was the brother of Mary and Martha, who were also friends with Jesus. Along with Jesus, Lazarus is often used as a symbol of resurrection and restoration.
