Infected Nations is the second studio album of the thrash metal band Evile, released in 2009 via Earache. It was re-released as a deluxe edition with a second disc, which included live songs from Hammerfest 2009 and in the studio, as well as a cover of Pantera's Cemetary Gates. Infected Nations is the first album produced by Russ Russell, as well as the last with Evile's late bassist Mike Alexander - who died of a pulmonary embolism while on tour in support of Infected Nations.

Evile is a thrash metal outfit from Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, England formed in 2004. In October of 2006 Evile signed to Earache Records, label home of well-known metal bands such as Morbid Angel, Napalm Death, Municipal Waste and Carcass.
