Diversant:13 was formed in 2007 in Minsk, Belarus by Diversant (voice, programming), also known as the mastermind behind such bands as Cold In May and Monoclast. The first EP “SoulReaper” (2008) caught immediate attention and support from many fans of EBM / industrial across the post soviet territory.
