Discus is a progressive rock band from Jakarta, Indonesia. Formed early from a meeting between Iwan Hasan and Anto Praboe, when Sam became an orchestra conductor, which was formed specifically to bring the composition Franki Raden, "Symphony Merah Putih" in the fifth year of SCTV in 1995.
