"Memphisto" is one of the two B-side instrumental tracks included in Depeche Mode's 1990 single "Enjoy the Silence." While "Memphisto" was the B-side to the 7" and cassette singles, "Sibeling" was released as the 12" single's B-side. According to songwriter, Martin L. Gore, "Memphisto is the name of an imaginary film about Elvis as a Devil, that I created in my mind". The track bears some resemblance to one of the band's earlier recordings, Pimpf (1987).
