The 18th and final track from Danny Elfman's 2021 album Big Mess, "Insects" is a partially a cover of Oingo Boingo's track of the same name, and partially a re-write geared more towards the situation of today. This marks one of the few times Danny has invoked his past as the leader of Oingo Boingo. The track was released as the sixth single of Big Mess in May of 2021.
