Biography
DJ Tom & Norman are Thomas Wedel & Norman Feller, Thomas Wedel started his DJing career in 1988 playing at small clubs and partys around his hometown of Darmstadt, Germany. Still in school, Tom and his friend Thorsten Adler started experimenting in electronic dance music and landed instant clubhits with their several projects. The breakthrough came in 1992 with Arpeggiators when they got signed by Harthouse, the young label of techno guru Sven Väth. Since then Tom, in corporation with various friends, produced one record after the other, worked at a number of labels as A&R and consequently followed his path becoming one of the most popular rave and club DJs. On the other side Norman Feller was born in Darmstadt and has been a well known DJ since 1989. He has become even better known since he started producing records at the end of 1993. Although he has produced records of varying styles, he is perhaps best recognized as the nu energy kingpin, distancing himself from the repetitive and commercial sounds of Baby Doc and Ramon Zenker, instead focusing on the mystical and innovative.
