The band Charles Mellow was founded on the debris of one of the most famous bands in Brest, Belarus, Plastic Angels Of September (Post-Hardcore, Alternative). Guitarist/vocalist Stephan Totolin, drummer Evegenij Shepelev and bassist Vitalij Erohovets decided to combine in the new project different musical styles like post-hardcore, post-punk, indie and post-rock.
