The album was banned in Germany until June 2006, due to the gory cover art made by artist Vince Locke, which featured a slaughtered mother-to-be being carved by a zombie, her baby apparently about to be slaughtered by a second zombie, and dead fetuses hanging from meat hooks and nooses.
