Boris a.k.a. Bo-Rush was involved in music at a very young age. His father is a well-known jazz musican and teacher at the well-reknowed music academy in Amsterdam. At age 17 Bo-Rush attends the Music academy in Maastricht. But instead of aiming at the theory of music, Bo-Rush concentrates on getting his voice out there. In 2001, he becomes part of the band Sofuja (which stands for Soul, Funk and Jazz). Sofuja becomes very succesful in Spain.
