“Blondie” is Blondie’s debut album. It was released in 1976 via Private Stock Records. The singles included “X Offender”, “In The Flesh” and “Rip Her To Shreds”. Their debut album was not as successful as the rest of the band’s albums, especially in the United States, and reached number 14 on Australian album charts and number 75 on UK album charts in 1979. However, the album has been placed on one of The Rolling Stone’s lists of top 500 albums along with 1978’s “Parallel Lines”.
