Betty was born in August 23rd of 1952 in Tehran. She studied Literature at "Attar High School" in Tehran where she received her diploma when she was 17 years old. Later when she found her passion for music she recorded her first song "Azizam" as her debut Hit single. This song topped the charts in Iran when she had just turned 19.
