The Plugs I Met is Benny The Butcher’s second solo EP and was released on June 21, 2019 via Griselda Records. The project boasts features from Black Thought, 38 Spesh, Jadakiss, RJ Payne, Conway The Machine, Pusha T and India. The Plugs I Met was produced by mainly by Griselda’s in-house producer Daringer, The Alchemist and DJ Shay. The EP’s title comes from a line in “Broken Bottles” off Tana Talk 3, where he spits “I’ma write a whole album ‘bout the plugs I met.”

Jeremie Pennick (born November 27, 1984), known professionally as Benny the Butcher, is an American rapper from Buffalo, New York, USA. He is part of the hip hop group Griselda with Westside Gunn and Conway The Machine, and is part of the collective Black Soprano Family.
