Antonio Ríos Fernández, dancer and choreographer, was born in Jerez de la Frontera in a Gypsy Family in the Santiago quarter. He is a grandson of Tía Juana la del Pipa, a matriarch of Flamenco, and a nephew of Antonio and Juana la del Pipa, from whom he inherits his stage name. He first learned to dance in his family circle and later studies with Fernando Belmonte, Paco del Río, Angelita Gómez, Matilde Coral, Manolo Marín and Manolete.
