A. Aimo (1911-1963), real name Aimo Vilho Andersson, was one of the most popular Finnish singers in the 1930s and 1940s. He made over 300 recordings between 1932 and 1963, and many of his songs have been "rediscovered" as other artists have performed them. Aimo started out as an accordionist, and in 1932 he started working with the Dallapé orchester.
