    Shelflife Records Announces Relaunch

    From the mailing list:

    --------------------------------------------------------------------
    SHELFLIFE NEWS - MAY 2007
    --------------------------------------------------------------------

    --------------------------------------------------------------------
    YES, WE'RE BACK
    --------------------------------------------------------------------
In early 2007, we announced that Shelflife would be coming back with
a whole new release format and we're proud to announce that day has
    finally come!

Every release in the "1000" number series will be housed in a
gatefold 7" sleeve and features distinctive CD and 7" vinyl formats,
each with exclusive tracks. They will feature our favorite new and
upcoming artists from around the world.

To meet the challenge of making every release truly exceptional and
beautiful, we are commissioning various artists to create the sleeve
artwork. Plans are in the works to feature this artwork in a gallery
show marking every 10th release. You'll want to collect every album
    in the series!

Each release will be limited to 300 copies and will be sold only on
Shelflife's online store and a few select shops (our good friends at
tonevendor.com being one of them). We hope you appreciate these
releases as much as we enjoy bringing them to you.

    LIFE1001 - WARM MORNING
    --------------------------------------------------------------------
We're proud to present the return of Shelflife Records, with the
first of a new format that combines CD and 7" vinyl in one package:
    "Silver Rain" by Warm Morning.

Warm Morning is two brothers from Piacenza, Italy who play refined
neo-acoustic pop music. Their delicate balance of finger-style
guitars, vocal harmonies and elaborate string arrangements offers
stripped-down psychedelia that comes straight from the heart.

Drawing on influences that span the past four decades, Warm Morning's
polished vocal arrangements have all the charm of Liverpool's Lotus
Eaters. Their unmistakable pop sensibility is worthy of comparison to
the legendary Fantastic Something. We herald the return of Shelflife
with this limited edition release. We only pressed 300 copies, you
    don't want to miss it!

    Convenience
