SIGHTS AND SOUNDS
Sights & Sounds is vocalist/guitarist Andrew Neufeld (!!COMEBACK KID!!), drummer Joel Neufeld, bassist Matt Howes, and guitarist Adrian Mottram. This eclectic and experienced group of musicians first came together on New Year’s Eve 2006 and had an instant musical rapport. Following the release of their self-titled EP in 2007, Sights & Sounds took their invigorating live show on the road, sharing the stage with many acts including Silverstein, Cancer Bats and Boys Night Out. Monolith, their debut full length is a collection of intricate songs that straddles the line between sonically massive and a beautiful experiment in textured sounds. The result is an exceptional album full of post-hardcore and punk influences, placed seamlessly over hints of far-eastern melodies - creating songs that are as aggressive as they are imaginative.

CONSTANTS
On Constants' new album, "If Tomorrow The War," these shoegazers turned indie-metal pioneers have further evolved their already genre-bending style and truly come into their own.Produced by Jesu / Godflesh mastermind Justin K. Broadrick, basic tracks for the album were recorded at guitarist / vocalist Will Benoit's burgeoning Solar Powered recording studio (Radar Studios). There, Benoit—along with bassist Orion Wainer and drummer Rob Motes—has fine-tuned his band’s distinct energy and youthful ambition into a signature sound that is Constants and Constants alone. The new record features guest appearances by Mike Hill (Tombs) and Andrew Neufeld (Comeback Kid, Sights & Sounds) and is the follow up Constants' 2009 critically acclaimed full-length "The Foundation, The Machine, The Ascension.”

AN EARLY CASCADE
Deftones did it with ”White Pony”, Silverchair with ”Neon Ballroom”. For Radiohead, it was ”OK Computer”:
Sometimes, acts achieve their status as ”exceptional artists” only when they dare to leave well-worn paths. Break conventions. Cross borders. Broaden horizons. And thereby transcend their already extraordinary œuvre to a completely new level.
