all the charm of a village fete? the organisers should be sued under the trades descriptions act for false advertising. Very disappointed by the lack of karaoke, quiz rave, burlesque, brass band, welly throwing, morris dancing and the pathetic lack of fete type activities at all!! Vegan food? hello??? Couldn't even leave to get something to eat and come back in. i still have a bad taste in

Despite the queues it did only cost £25, and I got to see Liars (who were amazing), Battles, Fridge and loads more, so I'm not going to complain. Sort out the queues, sound and keep the same price and next year will be great.

I will go next year if the lineup is as good, plus they let us bring in our own food and drink.

anyone any idea what happened to all the events like morris dancing, welly wanging and the other things that were advertised to make it appear different from any other festival?

PLUS, I think for most it was still way worth it for some highlight or other. (There were a good few IMO, and some I obviously missed.) I would have paid twice and endured no beer and longer loo queues (as I said in my review) for the Liars show. They never play, and it was just incredible in there. In-credible.

Oh come on. Those of you who think it's easy, go ahead and organise your own festival, and see how easy it goes for you (hint: I've done it, and it's not as easy as it seems). They fucked up, this is true, but at least give them the benefit of the doubt for next year. It's oh so easy to criticise without really appreciating the effort that's gone into it.

'Teething Problems'? More like 'teeth smashed out with a reeally quiet hammer problems'. Cocktards.

Gruff Rhys was worth the ticket price alone. Brilliant.

The queues were shit, and there were some sound problems. But it was still a good time I thought.

ha. I'm so glad my mate forgot to get tickets for this. What a bloody shambles.

I managed to see the bands I wanted without major clashes, although I had to queue for 1 hour to get a beer... Queue to the toilet was massive, and ended up going to the gents where the queue was smaller and there were plenty of other women as well... Teething problems, which I hope will be sorted by next year. Great great day and Fridge were my band of the day!

just don't pee or drink :D :D my biggest dissapointment was the fact late of the pier or whatever they are called were late, therefore causing liars to clash with four tet...and obviously basically everyone there wanted to see them both. fucking fucking.
